MacNeil UK – ABD in ATX

It sounds like Billy Cooper, Mike King and Vinny Mayne’s trip to Austin was anything but easy, though you’d never tell from the video. Here’s the official description from MacNeil:

MacNeil UK riders Billy Cooper, Mike King and Vinny Mayne got themselves across to the BMX heart the United States, Austin, Texas in March to dodge the English weather and to be tested by every BMX annoyance..
Running immediately into the SXSW music festival, skateboarding tours, broken iPhones, thunderstorms and a bewilderingly busy city overpopulated by an extra 250,000 people, the team searched to find what they could that hadn’t already been done in one of the most exposed cities in the world, all whilst enjoying one of the best places on earth.

TCU Newsletter 5/13/12

1. Clement Baes Welcome to DUB Edit
DUB’s new French connection starts his stay off with the brand in style, with a wild street edit. If you ride street, I’m sure you’ll love this.

2. Brian Yeagle Welcome To Tree Edit
Brian Yeagle has so much bike control and style, it’s no wonder that a brand like Tree would snatch him up. This is the type of riding you could just watch all day.

3. Wolfman Quintin Edit
Wolfman goes fast and handles some really ballsy stuff for his new Quintin edit. I was really impressed when I first saw it, and am still after watching it again.

4. Steven Moxley in the Sour Fever DVD
If you like insanely tech ramp riding, look no farther. Steven Moxley unleashes a barrage of wild park moves for his Sour Fever DVD part.

5. Alex Kennedy and Simone Barraco in Israel Edit
Nike put these guys up in Tel Aviv for 12 days and got them a filmer, and did it ever pay off. These two demonstrate a level of skill that very few can match right now. Almost any clip could have been the banger.

6. Glenn Salyers in South Bend Edit
Glenn takes it to the streets and shuts down a bunch of spots in South Bend that I’ve never seen before. Awesome all around.

7. Craig Passero: Lotek “Fader” Shoe Promo
Originally Craig’s “BMXFU: Guy Stuff” DVD part, it’s been re-branded for Lotek and it is unbelievable. To say that Craig Passero is underrated doesn’t even begin to cover it.

8. Subrosa Lahsaan Kobza at El Mirage
Lahsaan causes a ruckus at a park in AZ, jumping over sleeping girls, almost hitting skaters, and putting down a ton of hot lines in between.

9. Animal At The Bakery
Mike Brennan, Butcher, and Jared Washington put The Bakery to use in a way that we’ve never quite seen previously. So street, so good, and Butcher is still on the top of his game after all these years.

10. The Con Mixtape
The Con Mixtape is 12 minutes of clean, crisp HD goodness featuring Bruno Hoffman, Max Gaertig, Boy Janhssen and many more. It’s all good, but towards the end it gets way over the top.

Courage Adams Edit

Yes, I know this video of Courage Adams goes against my self-imposed “No videos with flyout clips on the front page” rule, but the rest of the edit is good enough to make me overlook that this time. Courage is only 16 years old and shot this in only three sessions at his home park in Spain around some bad weather.
