Dylan Sparkman joins fellow Alabama native Seth Kimbrough on the Hoffman Bikes team with this street edit filmed in the Bay Area. Dylan’s got lots of good lines in this, and I was especially feeling the one along the ledge gap ledge setup near the end.

I am so psyched that Skavenger added Jeff Martin to the squad! Skavenger is a perfect fit for him. If you don’t know who Jeff Martin is, let me help to educate you a bit. United‘s Alex Valentino stopped by the Frenchys warehouse and knocked out an edit. I like that the ramps were makeshift, but the video was well produced. And filming lines through the aisles of inventory was a nice touch.

Animal‘s Mike Brennan, Joe “Butcher” Kowalski, and Jared Washington visit The Bakery! Brennan’s 4060 rollercoaster down the rail/ledge and Jared’s feeble to over double peg to back over smith were both amazing! And then Butcher straight kills it with an unbelievable number of grind combinations and configurations. Just what you’d expect from the Animal dudes. Riding the Bakery in a way we haven’t seen before.
Max Gaertig Animal Ad

The latest Animal ad features a crazy sequence of Max Gaertig with what I believe is the first ever double peg to icepick to hard 180 down a kinked rail. Over the years this rail has seen a number of firsts, including Jim C’s double peg to second stage crank arm, and I wouldn’t be surprised if there’s more to come. Video of this awesome trick can be seen in Max’s recently posted Grindhouse section.

Austin Phillips section from the Congratulations A$$hole DVD really impressed me with its variety. From tech grind combos and rails, to unique spots to bump jumps, and variety of fastplants he really does it all. He finishes the part off with a 360 footplant to fakie, and I don’t know if anyone has ever made it look quite like this!

BSD is getting ready for their third Ride to Glory in a row and decided to put together a best of edit from the 2010 and 2011 trips. The whole edit is awesome, with Tony Malouf, Reed Stark and Mike Taylor being the highlights in my opinion. In addition to a number of hammer rail tricks Mike fires out a massive sprocket to over you will want to check out!
