Gary Young’s got a bike check up on Sunday, riding his new sponsor’s bike. Key quote: “The geometry makes simple stuff like manuals and bunnyhops so much easier.” Which I think is kind of funny because his current frame and his old signature frame have exactly the same geometry in literally every way. Chalk that one up to “funny things riders say after they switch sponsors”.

    My new frame has a 1/4″ longer top tube, the back end is shorter, and it doesn’t flex as much. My old frame is good but the Sunday feels better to me. For what its worth I think the bb is .05″ higher too, but that seems trivial.
