New BMX Plus! Cover.

Putting Jon Peacy on the cover of your magazine is without question, awesome. For two reasons; first, Peacy is a legend and one of the best street riders ever. Second, he has no big name sponsors I can think of, so you know it’s not one of those “we put _____ on the cover because his sponsor spends 10 billion dollars on ads every year” things. On the other hand, no offense but this is one of the ugliest magazine covers I’ve ever seen.

    BMX Plus can suck it. That’s one mag that should go out of print. They are still doing the same articles from 15+ years ago. How to cut a seatpost and bend a brake lever. Just stop. The captions are so bad, it makes me feel uncomfortable.

    check out any cover or any Hi-torque Publication magazine. They all look the same. Washed out, no pop in the colors and really cheap paper quality all lead to the BLAH covers we all see every month. Just go check Motocross action, DirtBike Mag, and ATV Action and you will see what I mean. Go ahead and hate on PLUS but dont say anything bad about Pavia and Crocket cuz those are some of the nicest guys around. Booth can suck it! How do i know this? because I work in the MX industry and we advertise in all their motorsports mags. Lesson over for today, go ride your bike!

    BMXPluse is more of a mag for kids and people that are into all sides of riding. its riding and something to look at. deal!
