this tube solves a problem im sure we have all experienced, i know i just walked half an hour back to my car because i didnt have tools last week. shit sucked. if i had this tube i could have thrown it in and pumped up at one of the numerous stations i passed along the way.

you know what would be sick, if the box came with a tiny exacto blade in the corner or something to cut away the old tube. theyd have to cover it or something so peeps dont get cut.

Are you suppose to ride with the tube in your back pocket? Also carry a tire lever around as well? After you spend 15-20 bucks on one tube you better have a patch kit, too. Hopefully you don’t get a pinch flat, most of my blowouts. Sweet, I just spent 20 bucks on a tube and it’s garbage after one little mistake. I think the concept is cool, but I’d rather just buy cheap tubes and FIX A FUCKING FLAT TIRE every once in awhile. For 20 bucks I’ll walk your bike back to the car and fix your flat, you just chill.

after thinking about this you are probably going to need a bag or osmething to put the tube in and could carry tools in that bag and a co2 pump so i dont think i will buy it anymore

true you are going to have to carry a tube to make this semi useful eliminating the need for it all together because you can just carry a bag with one socket wrench a regular tube and a co2 pump.
The biggest issue in atlanta is that there are 3 gas stations in the city total pretty much so its a long way to one.

Fly is a fantastic company..They use ideas from over company and tell everyone it’s their own invention.
The “cobra” tube is an invention from a MTB co’ called Specialized almost ten years ago. Their 2pieces crank exist since more than twenty years and was designed by Bullseyes. And what about the “spanish” bearing? The taiwan compagny FSA told them:
“eh, we have that bearing size, what do you think about it?”

clearly if you have a pump, a tube and something to cut your old tube off your gonna have a ratchet. ive heard theres some advantage with being able to tie off the puncture or something but still seems pretty silly to me. but hey, more pointless ideas have taken off. ie: removable brakemounts (although the fly ones do look like they make more sense)
