New KHE “Shola” Stem.

KHE sent over some info about their new Shola stem today. I noted one fully mis-use of a word:

“The Shola stem results in a collaborative effort between KHEbikes and SHOLA (Bruce Crisman).

The stem features a classic front load design with the innovative Affix clamping system (Patent Pending). It is made of 6061 Aluminium alloy and has been internally machined to save weight without scarifying strength.

Specs:
– Classic top load design
– Affix clamping system (Patent Pending)
– 6061 Aluminium
– 48mm reach
– 36mm rear stack height

    The irony of it all; a man who’s life exists through blogging and writing like a high school drop-out calling someone out for a simple spelling mistake probably auto corrected or over looked on spell-check.

    I’m at the Taipei Bike Show and I’ve seen this at the Affix stand. Pretty good idea. I’m trying to get a sample to test. I love free parts.

    looks super cheap and weak. First stair set you hit it looks like its going to break. but who knows it could be one of the best stems on the market. Highly doubt it though
