There are really no track only companies. There are a couple of companies that have just started that only do track that make some decent stuff. But, 99% of track bikes are made by big companies that make a wide range of bikes (SE, Giant, etc.), and those are usually crappy production. The best track bikes are made by bmx companies like Volume who make their fixie frames just like their bmx frames quality/material-wise.
