Matt Beringer’s Miniature Backyard?

A while back I had to make the decision not to post any fingerbike content, for the same reason I had to stop posting complete bike news: there’s a ton of them, and almost nobody reading this site cares (if you’re old enough to check The Come Up, you probably won’t be buying a fingerbike or a complete bike). This is interesting though, apparently Flick Trix (the company who makes all these fingerbikes) is making a replica of Matt Beringer’s backyard and are also working on producing a DVD to include with fingerbikes. Sounds like a good way to show the young kids buying these things what BMX is actually all about. Read more about the whole thing over on Props.

    thy kinda are but these days alot of guys seem to be trying to get back into riding but think they still need to spend a fortune to get ” another bike” now some of the completes they come out with these days are great options to get back in the game or replace a stolen bike. or just start off. i like how good completes are these days. my last one was a diamondback mr. lucky in 97 i think. haha. what a piece it was. haha. but they stilll would be boring posts. but so are alot of the posts. they can’t all be good.

    i was about to say, i just built up a 1,300 dollar bike and afterwords i found a 500 dollar complete i totally should have got instead.

    maybe every year do a “best of the completes” roundup or something before the season.

    Don’t knock the completes! All of my past rides were built but I was on more of a budget this time… the high-end complete market is the BEST it’s ever been right now. I spent half of what it would have cost to build something equivalent and my bike rides AMAZING.

    I’m not a drunk, I don’t really drink hard liquor very often. They’re only making a toy version of the mini ramp and they said there’s only a 50% chance it will happen. The people from Flicktrix are really cool and came out here and gave out a shitload of toys and 500$ cash for best trick’s on different obstacles. They also paid for the BBQ. Whoever talks shit is wrong, stupid, does indian givers, and would never talk shit to my face. That was one of the best parties that ever went down here. 2010… don’t forget that BMX is fun!
