OSS Issued Cease & Desist By Red Bull.

Adam just posted something up on the OSS site about a cease & desist he recieved from Red Bull that has forced him to stop selling the above OSS Craig Passero shirt. Here’s what the post says:

“We received a cease & desist from Red Bull for the above shirt design so we’ve had to stop selling them through Them. We have a couple left over so if you want to get one, you’ll have to just email me (adamgrandmaison@gmail.com) and I can help you out.

We are probably going to be doing another version that alters the “bull” aspect of the design a bit (that’s the part that Red Bull felt we were infringing on) in the future.”

Pretty funny considering all of the logo-rip off’s and parodies that happen in BMX, that this is the one that got a C&D. Maybe it’s a collectors item now? Hit Adam up one way or another if you’ve gotta get your hands on one.

Draw up something original or get a graphic designer you morons. I could make that logo in paint in 30 seconds.

I remember when Van Homan got his signature frame from Schwinn way back in the day and He put a VH like Van Halen’s logo on the seat tube, and he got a C&D from at Van Halen’s record label or manager or some shit. So yeah just because it’s some bike company don’t think big companies don’t have a guy whose sole purpose is to send out C&D orders. Fucking retards.
