I just meant it as making an appearance, I think everyone would apreciate that. That and I’d rather see him sitting on a chair on top of a ramp with a megaphone than catfish. I think Mikey would be more coherent, hell I think mikey would have made more sense the day after the crash than catfish ever does.

I’ve gotta tell ya, Johan, I had a similar thing happen to me as Mikey did (though I got a peg through the dome, just came under the brim of my lid). I didn’t make a whole lotta sense for the next few months, and my injury wasn’t nearly as bad as his.

I remember seeing him riding fuzzy’s on RF 2, so no, I didn’t start riding in the last year.
However Ian S is also an inspirational rider but apparantly people think it’s wrong to broadcast details of his personal life here, so how is this different? For friends and family of Mike then fair enough but otherwise all the rest of this seems a bit extreme to me.

So many people accused the come up of “ruining BMX” over the Ian S debacle. BMX to me has nothing to do with BMX board discussions it has to do with what you do in your real world with your friends on your BMX. I feel this is similar, although obviously a possitive story not a negative one. I just get worried when all the kids in my scene are more interested in talking about people they know nothing about than actually riding (let alone helping to dig, however i digress). I just don’t like the idea of celbrity obsessed culture taking over BMX.
