I’m about 75% sure this is fake, as in they seriously altered the photo in PS. If you look at the rest of the images in the series there’s a picture of “Twitch” with the exact same cut’s on his knee and leg.
one things about a lot of LaChapelles stuff is he barely uses photoshop. they will do everything on set with makeup, in shoot SE. Lots of ways to get it done in camera. He shoots mostly film still as well.
