This should be entertaining. Garrett Reeves and I are debating hard how many barspins someone is going to be able to do. He says he thinks someone will maybe do 40, I’m saying that I think someone count knock out 60 in a minute if they really wanted to. Let’s see it. And by “let’s see it” I mean send that shit to Albes because I don’t want to see that shit showing up in the TCU inbox.
Oh and here are all the rules just so you’re clear.
Normally I don’t post contests for companies unless they already advertise on the site, but I’m pretty stoked on this photo of Nathan Williams doing a gap to crank arm on a rail, so I figured it was worth it this time. Go here.
According to this tweet, Chris Hughes is the Wildcard for Animal House. Normally this wouldn’t warrant its own post, but we found it funny enough to make the cut. Should make for some interesting results.
EDIT: I’m pretty sure this Tweet was written by Ali Whitton, just to make that clear.
This is the second edit from the contest at The Taz in Montreal that happened kind of recently. The first video by Justen Soule is here, and even though this one doesn’t have Tony Hamlin’s bonkers nose manual in it, it’s still super good.
Oops, apparently I’m the first person to ever look away for a second in the middle of a watching a video. Sorry, TCU. Tony Hamlin’s nose manual is in there, don’t get too worked up.
Tenpack’s Pepsi Pro-Am went down at The Taz in Montreal this weekend and Justen Soule put together a video for it. So much amazing stuff in here from a bunch of Canadian no-names. Tony Hamlin stepped the nose manual game up to another level near the end, too.
Oh, and you can check out the results after the jump.
There’s a contest this weekend at The Taz in Montreal. If you’ve never heard of it, it’s probably Canada’s largest / best indoor facility. The video above is a pretty long but super enjoyable feature from a Macneil trip this summer, but The Taz is shown about three quarters of the way through. If you’re anywhere near Montreal I’d suggest making your way out to this, and if you’re interest all the details and a flyer for the event can be found right here.
Alright, so we’ve already posted plenty of Tunnel Jam coverage onTheComeUp, but this is something special. Rich Wilson put together the official Nike 6.0 video documenting the ramps, the teams, and the riding. Looks like it was an amazing event.
Some really high quality footage of some trail shredding featuring: Kye Forte, Leo Forte, Toby Forte, Max Wood, Matt Priest, Robbo, Scott Edgworth and Martyn Tambling. Filmed and Edited by James Cox.
