ESPN has a good interview up with Joe Rich about his Andalucia video series.

Here’s some new heat from Scotty. He hasn’t had much of a web presence over the last year or so due to that nasty broken foot, but he’s back at it like a crack addict here… the last clip is a must see! Thanks to Robbie for shooting this over.

So the only news I heard about the X-Games besides the tricks being done and who won what was that Chase D was rocking a Fox shirt and is officially on their team. Which is well and good, but the bad news is that Chase texted me letting me know he “fucked up my ankle bad on the second trick I tried” and had to sit out the whole contest. Hopefully it ain’t too bad.

For the record regarding Fremont, I asked Rich if it was over in his interview recently and he said it was “just going slow at the moment”.

Joe Rich hit me up about the second in his 3 part Andalucia web video series:

“Hey,
Well, Fox just posted the second edit I did for them for my Andalucia series. There is no bmx riding in this one, so I’m sure that kids will have a thing or 2 to say. I decided to do one full chapter on this place “El Chorro” because I thought it was amazing enough to support one being done. It was incredible. Truth is, we alll can have some amazing opportunities that come up on trips like this, and its fun to show others what they were. When all 3 chapters are put back to back, its going to total about 20 minutes. I think it will encompass the trip as a whole for us, and give a little more insight into what those 3 weeks were for us. I was originally asked to do one, 3-5 minute edit for the entire trip. But I had the idea to do a small series because I wanted to show more. Part 3 will be all dirt riding and is going to be nice to watch. Anyhow, hope you dig this and let me know what you think if you could. Cheers !

Joe Rich just hit me up about the first of 3 edits he’s doing for Fox. This one features Chase Hawk, Ruben, Garrett Byrnes and others all riding some amazing spots in Spain. Amazing quality and the riding is ridiculous.

Fox and Dave’s Quality Meats (NYC based sneaker/clothing store) teamed up on some gloves. Nuno already got his and Robbie told me he put some in the mail for me. Might have to get my Van Homan on and start rocking gloves! Or at least my Ali Whitton and hang them out my back pocket. Check the gloves out here.

There’s a dope video up on Fox featuring Chase Hawk, Sean Sexton and Aaron Ross riding in San Diego over the course of 12 hours.

Allan Cooke got the boot from Specialized, Boost Mobile and Fox. Ouch. But is he man enough do a phone interview with Adam22 for The Come Up? Holla at me.

EDIT: Allan got at me and says he is down to do an interview. So look for that soon. He also wants everyone to know that he didn’t get dropped from Fox, he left to ride for DC apparel as well as continuing to ride for DC shoes.
