Totally wasn’t expecting to see a Rickey Bates clip today, so I was stoked on this before it even started. There’s upwards of twenty people in this edit, but I especially liked Alex Vasquez, Dakota and Kyle Hart’s clips. Definitely a good watch.

After some time out with injuries, Miles Rogoish is back! Devon Smillie and Sean Ricany join him at a SoCal concrete park for a wild session.

Literally nobody in this video is on the OSS team and I wasn’t there when it was filmed. It’s pretty good regardless. Sean Moor, Tony Neyer, Bobby Altiser and more all hold it down at the local Dispensary park.

Miles has been hurt for a bit with a messed up collar bone but this is some footage he was sitting on. He’s going to be back on his bike within about a month so watch out. Roich has been chilling with us in Long Beach a lot filming everyone and we’ve got some dope news about him and TCU dropping soon.

Last week was defined by the release of two of the most insane park web videos of all time by two guys widely considered the best all around riders in BMX today. Those riders are, of course, Drew Bezanson whose Joyride 150 edit had the same banger mentality that most modern pros reserve for street video parts (earning 1600+ Facebook likes on this site alone) and Dennis Enarson who simply lit up his backyard ramps with more bulbs than a tanning salon and let his roommate/filmer Christian Rigal film him destroying his home turf.

Today I am proud to present a video that manages to marry both of last week’s edits. Drew Bezanson was visiting his friends in San Diego and was ecstatic to get a session in on Dennis’ ramps and while both of last week’s edits were captured in HD, today Drew’s riding was captured by Miles Rogoish and his trusty VX. Anthony Napolitan, Kurt Russell and Dennis himself all volunteered some guest clips to complete the section. While athletes in other sports (and even other disciplines within BMX) are often presumed to be cocky and territorial, it’s awesome to see Dennis and Drew ripping on each other’s turf and this edit definitely captures how much fun BMX is even for 2 dudes who are riding at the absolute highest level.

I’m honestly pretty surprised about this given that Miles has been the main guy behind Subrosa’s upcoming DVD, “Get Used To It”. Miles has had a lot of injuries over the past year or two but he’s managed to stay extremely productive with his video work, so who knows why he was let go but it can’t be taken as too big a surprise since Sparky’s seems to be doing a lot of restructuring in general with Ty Morrow leaving Shadow and the entire Sputnic team leaving. More details to come on this one, I’m sure.
