This is the best wham cam ever, I LOL’d multiple times throughout. Passero in dis bitch, 4loko in dis bitch, Troy McMurray in dis bitch!…what else would Waka Flocka say….oh yeah, go ham in trap!
Also, there is now a designated Wham Cam page on the Stranger site which hosts the entire series. Get into it.
Troy Mcmurray has an interview up on ESPN. He talks about getting off drugs, why he left the BMX industry behind and claims the Metal Mulisha beef was a marketing ploy.
Now THIS is a video that means a lot to me. So many great personalities and so much great interaction between them. Troy Mcmurray and Ralph Sinisi stoned out of their minds the entire trip. Jay Miron hanging out and proving he was a regular dude and not just a contest jock. Van Homan still a youngster. The Robbie Morales finger bike show. Taj, Rooftop, Garrett Byrnes??? Even Mat fucking Hoffman. Kids, watch this shit. Part 2 after the jump, I’ll get part 3 up once Props uploads it. Continue reading Road Fools 5. >
FBM just put up photos of Troy Mcmurray at their shop, where they hooked him up with a frame. If you’re like me you’re probably wondering what a 90’s pro from Colorado, who spent most of his pro career in California was doing in upstate New York. But if you spend time thinking about that, you might forget to click that FBM link and see Troy’s Jesus tattoo that he apparently did himself. Which reminds me of a joke… what’s the difference between a Mexican guy and Jesus? Jesus doesn’t have a tattoo of a Mexican guy. Anyone know what Troy’s knuckle tat’s say?
Just saw this up on The Take. It’s got a bunch of contest riding with interview audio laced over it. Troy Mcmurray shows up part way through and busts a hang 5 and a few other things.
It’s been a long time. Also, I heard Troy was getting hooked up by Eastern… so I Emailed Leigh and asked and didn’t get a response. Maybe that’s a yes? Speculation!
UPDATE: Leigh hit me up and let me know that he hooked Troy up with some shit, but that it’s not a team thing or anything. They are old friends from back when Leigh used to run Useless Clothing. You should check out the comments on this post to read Jim C’s comment about the earliest brakeless riders.
