A while back I e-mailed Chad Degroot and asked him for some information about the history of homosexuality in BMX, for an article I was writing for Ride UK. He sent me back some pretty funny stuff, which I assumed was probably kind of hush hush, especially this part about McGoo from Snafu raising money to felate a man:

“I heard him trying to get a pool of money together at interbike a few years back. This is how it went. He was bummed that you can win an award like Nora cup and not get any money. So he decided that if everyone would chip in, he would put a guys dick in his mouth and donate that money to the winner. I think it was when Nasty was up for dirt jumper or something ironic like that. Not sure what ever happened, sure as shit he went ape shit like he does each year and we didn’t see him for a year. But I don’t think he ever did it, but that is some funny ass shit. I am pretty sure he wouldn’t insert a dick in his mouth in front of everyone, or would he?”

But apparently not since he posted all the same info today on Deco BMX. One thing is for sure, if McGoo had decided to suck a dude’s dick, the dude would definitely leave satisfied. I’m not sure if the info was originally written in response to my e-mail or if he just sort of keeps a big text file full of homosexual ramblings open at all times. Either way it’s interesting, much like this part where he questions wether the seemingly homophobic Corey Nastazio is actually gay:

“That Nasty interview on Defgrip is funny and all Nasty kinda shit, but he bags the shit out of gay dudes and can’t see how it could be like that. I bet he has kissed some dudes or felt some sweaty dudes leg.”

The video above is from when Chad went on The Jerry Springer Show and talked about how he acts gay to attract women.

    I’ll tell you what, on the Kinsey scale of gay to straight I would say Nastazio lays much further straight than gay. And it is annoying to get hit on by dudes when you’re out (though such an extensive tangent on how you hate it may have been unnecessary in the interview). With that being said, Nastazio has fucked so many ridiculously hot girls that I think he would sneak a guy fuck in there (al la Tommy Lee style) to see what is was about.     Oh god, that was like 14 years ago…… I forgot how “gay” it actually was! We were rehearsing that dance on the set before the show so the staff could figure out the music or whatever. I had a plan to get Jerry to be in the dance so we could shut that shit down, start smacking his ass and dry humping on him. I told one of the staff that we wanted Jerry to join in……one of the body guard dudes was like, “JERRY DON’T DANCE!” Oh well, would have been classic… F-it we were on Springer!!

    The story of how we got on the show is as good if not even better than the show…. I may or may not have sent them a nude video of myself and they may or may not have called us right after they got it.
