    I actually use the left front peg a lot. Toothpicks over and back, opposite toothpicks, over double peg grinds, and when I do grind a handrail I usually do it on the left side. Thanks for your concern though. Hahahahaha!

    ^ Ryan i noticed a long ass time ago that you are in fact “bmx goofy”, meaning that you prefer spinning the opposite way that your stance would indicate. how did you end up becoming bmx goofy? just started hucking one day and it felt right? how does doing a clockwise 3 feel to you? (i know you can do them, haha).

    do you use the front brake for anything but the crazy backflip bar thingy you put it on for so long ago?

    and fyi, seeing you and mirra on tv in the x games is the reason i started riding. i might be a little tight pants all-black-s&m street rat now but you guys inspired me.

    ^ I grew up riding with a guy who turned to the left, so that’s the way I would try it as well. Never really thought about it being “wrong” to turn that way, but I guess it all worked out in the end. Oppo 3′s feel pretty good , but I’m still not 100% comfortable with them yet.

    Front brake is good for all kinds of jumping tricks. No foot can barspin, suicide 3′s, suicide flips, powerballs… there’s a lot of potential with front brakes.

    When i started riding it was right about the time a video (on VHS) called mirracle boy and nyquist came out.. me and my friends used to watch it so much, and we all iether wanted to be dave mirra or ryan nyquist. That seems so long ago now and i find it pretty cool how ryan lives his life now… Nice family, cool house, and still gets to ride, i think thats something we would all want to aspire to.
