Nothing deliberate about it. I go out with my friends, I film them doing tricks, they occasionally film me doing tricks and if they ended up being almost entirely on flat ledges, that’s because that’s just the stuff I felt motivated to do. There’s plenty of stuff I want to do on ledges off stairs and going up rails, I just didn’t end up getting anything like that for this edit.

I know you’re just trying to be a dick, but fun fact, there is literally a 30 pound difference between some of these clips, namely the right side smith 180 on the ledge over the mulch gap where I weighed about 250 and the stuff on the yellow ledge which I filmed Saturday weighing 220.

I was pretty psyched on everything. looked like you were just out havin a good time with your friends and filmed some cool shit along the way.

Some of the 180s were pretty ‘bonered out’ so to speak. But I really liked that smith to hop up manual, the grind-to grind-to grind, and the peg chinks/bonks. I damn sure can’t do a crank flip, but I enjoyed watching that (maybe if I put a cassette back on). I’m 25 and can definitely relate to the good feeling of learning new tricks just as if you were 15. And I definitely don’t discriminate sessioning small ledges, big ledges, or the like because half the time the most fun to be had is on improvised curb sessions.

I dont study them but I do think a smooth roll out makes the trick complete. Its like doing a trick and landing it all sloppy, just doesnt look good. I mean, you spend all this time on your bike and doing 180s and stuff so it would seem like you would just do them a little better. Nobody is perfect though.
