i whip almost 90 on my bike when i try it, but when i took my brakes back off and tried sliding, the side tread of the rubens will toss you if you dont angle right. i threw out the back while going over a bump and lost my foot and rolled my ankle and supermanned for about 30 feet haha. i love fun stylee shit

as much as I like ben hucke and think this video is awesome, it’s tough to wrap your head around just how good sam hill is at bike riding. Might as well call it a Power Slide just like skateboarding. Looks like he’s on his way to figuring out how to fully do them right. You don’t slide the front tire, you keep your front tire in control. You lean your weight over and a little forward over the bars and kick out your back end. I could describe it a little more but you will eventually get the feel of it. I learned this trick years ago. I lived in Asheville NC. We have mountains there so a lot of steep roads everywhere. So I got the Idea to do power slides from skateboarding back in my day. It reminds me of snowboarding, cause you can go back and forth. those who ride pegs will notice that you will be able to grind the pavement causing sparks which will look so cool.
For me to do that was switch, its a little hard switch, i was ok at it, but the regular way i could stop if i needed to and i could lay the bike pretty flat,the most amazing feeling too, friends freaked out on it too. Wanted to be the first to put it out there, but looks like I’m to late, Props to you.
