i hate how they always put nirvana or some shit on when bmx is on mainstream tv. like it hasn’t moved on since 1995. it true though, now bmx is getting popular again loads of fat, sketchy kids that should at home playing video games are hanging about and getting the way.

if you don’t think this is cool, you weren’t around when nobody was encouraging bmx… there weren’t always xgames and dew tour bringing this shit to the masses (even if thats not your style, since I know everyone here hates that kind of riding).

If someone asks me what kind of bike riding I do, I can just say “like in the x-games” and they know what I’m talking about. The fact that bmx is being encouraged instead of being looked at as a form of delinquency should be applauded. Of course I don’t expect that anyone on here would think enough to understand that. if they want to help, rather than filming all this shit with blurry cameras and crap music why not start tearing down the shit plastic skateparks around london and building some decent wooden indoors skateparks with foam pits and resi jumps so kids can have more fun and spend less time in hospital as they know they are going to land a trick, also saving them money on ambulances etc giving more money to go towards the skatepark itself.
