Cult Walk Through

Cult Walk Through from Yawn BMX

Robbie Morales shows you where all Cult business is handled; the Cult Clubhouse. He also talks about some interesting little details you may not know about on a few products, and explains the thought behind everything from the packaging to the product design. It rounds out with some serious shredding on some ramps they keep in the back from Dakota and friends.

I really like the whole idea and thoughts behing Cult. Everyone thinks its just the new Fit, but he’s really got a good thing going. I like how he said its not a weird cut out peice of a aluminium on your bike, it looks like a bmx stem, thats awesome.

    came up!

    agreed^

  • http://Website mitch

but would u rather have a tappered spoke that has been machined on the outside or a hollow spoke that has been machines on the inside? there is a reason stems get the otusides cut because it still leaves the inner core intact and ready to take abuse and transfer load, hollow on the inside wont want to flex to much and be more likely to stress fracture, but who knows maybe it isnt even that machined making it just a heavy ass cheap plain stem that they just say is better but really its the reality of a starting bmx brand to not have resourcs or funding to improve bike technology

its probably cuz its on the cum up, go to the site it loaded alot better there.

you make a lot of sense. too bad i broke my FIT DLR stem three times, and have not even put even a stress mark on my new cult stem.

  • http://Website bmxtodd

that stem really does look lame, its like they tried to cut corners on production and then convince all the naive kids that it is cool, and still sell it for top dollar, just sayin

  • http://Website john

    yep i agree^^

  • http://Website fourtwenty

i have to say i’ve ridden alot of stems and the new cult stem is pretty f-n nice. only thing close to how good it is, is the old solid stems.

  • http://Website arnie

Yeah thats whats up Joe Vee in his OWN office hahaha Doin it big son!!! Nice hard 180 too.

  • http://Website dummy

yeah mitch that’s why frames are actually solid, not hollow… you’re an fucking idiot

  • http://Website bitch please

lol at mitch. that’s some ignorance right there

  • http://Website functional?

glad to know cults products are “functionable”… tell me this, if its so simple and not over engineered, why does it still cost as much as stuff that has some serious technology behind it, for example a frame with investment casting.

Cult; The brand with no personality.

  • http://Website real logic

Cult; The brand with the best video out this year.

  • http://www.thecomeupbmx.net Joe Danger

This is a scary situation because I bet all the guys that left S&M are starting to get a gut check on where this brand is heading. Robbie himself definitely did not looked psyched or really even say much. If they thought CULT was going to be as successful as FIT they’re going to get hit with a hard dose of reality. If they are just doing it to be a small boutique brand and put out a handful of cool stuff each year then good for them. Any bigger aspirations than that is just going to fade away with time…
