Its kind of a double edged sword though. Essentially they aren’t using Cult to advertise to BMXers but rather are using BMX to advertise to everyone else. Yes there is an influx of money but there are strings attached to it. There always is. You have to sacrifice brand integrity and creativity for financial security. This is what happened in the 80s and kind of made the whole industry crash once the outside money pulled out. So Cult needs to be careful how they get used by this.
