It is not easy to keep up on all the MTV appearances Garrett’s made, but I guess this is a new one where he and Kevin Kiraly take a trip from Jersey to Philly riding lots of shit along the way. I’ve only watched about 3 minutes of this so far and they’ve had to bleep out dozens of swears which is pretty funny.
UPDATE: “I’d rather grind a rail than be in heaven” is the new catch phrase.

That was a cool segment. I dont thing he’s changing the face of riding but i’ve yet to have one negative thing to say about the guy. His edits are always good, seems like an alright person and he’s NOT trying to please anyone but himself.

I think he was over exaggerating about only four people being able to do trucks down stairs. There is obviously more than ten fasttimes because think about how many unheard of kids might do them plus, I am positive most street riders can do a truck down a stair set. He was just trying to prove a point, but it came across stupidly.

That was pretty lame. Garrett’s sick but they played him up way too much. All the stupid people who are going to watch this show are gonna think this is the sickest rider when this is only showing one style of riding.
So i think Kevin Kilarly or whatever is a loser. This is why: he talks shit on bmx and talks about how skateboarding is cooler to watch…yet he is a pro bmx rider. Talk about biting the hand that feeds you. Then he makes some comment about how no one in bmx is doing the things he is doing, yet he has no clue. People have been doing bunnyhop trucks for sooooo long, and yes i know he said down big stairs but i guarantee DMC could have trucked those stairs 10 years ago. I wish he would stick to skateboarding.
