Everything in this video was dope, from the creativity in production to the crisp riding. Most importantly it captures the essence of BMX, which is just having a good fucking time on your bike with your homies. Plus, its really cool how they are following up with part 2.

And in case you cry babies forgot, this video is a night in the life of Nigel, not you. If you think you are better and can do justice to the sport, then show us instead of crying about it …. This is what BMX is to Nigel and for many others.

@Lame – What has this sport become? What I saw in this video was a group of friends riding their bikes, partying and straight up having a good time. The only difference I see from this video and from the ones 5 years ago is better film and different music.

I don’t think anyone can criticise this validly on the grounds of filming and editing as that was pretty much as good as it can get, and it wasn’t meant to be a ‘riding’ edit so to critique the riding seems foolish.

However I did hate that, felt like I was watching some sort of MTV-commercial-teen-drama-ad-thing. I’m cool with energy drinks sponsoring riders, and them throwing their logo on their helmet or whatever, it makes sense and they’re ultimately trying to sell to non-riding public rather than us. But to try and integrate yourself with what truly makes BMX what it is and sell us your stuff as if it is part of the ‘BMX lifestyle’ pisses me off some.
