Filming was ridiculously good

took what could’ve been a fairly enjoyable three to four minute edit and tried to stretch ten minutes out of it with a bunch of fluff. didn’t care for it but i always enjoy watching stefan ride.

The way I see it BMX isn’t quite ready for this niveau of videos yet. So Alberto is doing the exact right thing – he is setting an example. Maybe somebody who appreciates it will try and film in this niveau himself and another and another and at some point the comeup audience will like it.
I love it.

Yes they are, but this style does not suit bmx or any kind of sport for that matter. the camera is constantly moving, which means the viewer can’t get a decent perspective of the setup and the scale of of the riding that’s being done on it, plus all those zoom in transitions and extreme close ups are fucking disorientating and overdone. the pace of the cut’s are to fast and you hardly have chance to focus on one clip before the next one pops up. Yes it looks pretty but it does’nt work. For a lesson on how to shoot BMX with style you cant go wrong with this:

What I wanted to say is that most people here didn’t like this because it wasn’t what’s normal in the BMX world. It was something different, probably hated because of its difference.
