the best thing you as a consumer can do for bmx is buy the best shoes you can for bmx. the more use you get out of your shoes for the money you spent the better the investment is. it doesnt matter what brand is slapped on it. give your money to the company that makes the best shit, period. the more money they make the more they will pump back into making quality products.
