Ojay Juarez In Mutiny’s “Subversion”.

As a youngin’, this was one of my favorite parts and Ojay was one of my favorite riders. These days, this Ojay plays a bigger role in my life. We can gain a little insight into what this guy’s up to these days since he uplaoded it and wrote the Youtube description:

“Hey Look! I used to ride… good for me. Video from the 2002 Mutiny Bikes video Subversion.
Terrible by today’s standards, but I’m still really happy with that brakeless 360 tailtap over the spine and the end”

Seen on Surfing Beans.

Sonjack? what? Anyway, that was actually pretty badass. I remember when this video came out and seeing that barspin to fakie on that quarter pipe in one of the magazines… Why the hell did you quit? If you have, and arent riding anymore, it makes this whole post super lame. Get Joe to send you a bike

pretty sure the song is by prefuse 73, i could be wrong thou. Regardless, there is no way that song was used before this part was made because this video is fucking old.

  • http://Website papa luigi

Jesus as if this is 2002.
I’m pretty sure in the credits of subversion the song is called ‘ojays part song’

  • http://Website samstanfield

youre fuckin weak if youre calling that out. this was when mutiny was a dirty, gothic company and you and me were riding a 6lb frame made by T1; not the bright and shiny marvel it is today. this vid was and is one of the most legit street movies to come out. just look at how far danny trickerson, morgan and joe simon have come since then.

  • http://Website drifter

up-to-date at the time, good tech shit…there egos polished, now go film another part
