This is late as hell and all, but I’m determined to do these every month so late is better than never. Let’s go!
Previously: The Top 10 Videos Of November 2009

10) Matt Barchus In Shook’s “Gotta Blast: The new Shook series so far has been… how can I put this nicely… shitty. It’s clear why Odyssey chose to sell the sections to Shred Or Die rather than put it out on DVD. But Barchus’ part was still impressive even if the song sucked, some of the filming was suspect and a lot of the tricks seemed dated compared to his more recent clips.

9 ) TCU Exclusive: Rory Ellis TCU S&M Video: Chris Long came through with a nice looking HD edit here and Rory came with some good stuff in this even though it’s small change compared to some of the stuff he has lined up.

8) TCU Premiere: ALYK Trailer 2010: These Ohio bro’s came through with one of the best videos of the month and it was stuffed to the brim with some of the best handrail tricks I’ve seen in recent memory. Even Torey Marceau proved that he was more than just a pretty beard. Watch for this DVD to come out this year.

7) Liam Fahy Hampton Edit: Chainless riding will be forever controversial (and with good reason, because it is just plain stupid) but if anyone can pull it off it’s Liam.

6) Nathan Williams Ride UK Bio: When I saw this, I was blown away. Then I saw Nathan’s Ride UK interview and realized most of this is just scraps for the kid. Nathan’s United part is going to be ridiculous.

5) Alex Magallan Duffs Video: Skatepark session videos rarely make the top 10, but this edit was perfect in so many ways that it has to be mentioned. Magallan’s riding is retardedly tech but it rarely crosses your mind when watching because he’s so smooth that even the most absurd combos look effortless.

4) Harry Main TCU Exclusive Video: Matty Lambert came with this triumphant return video of Harry after his recent injuries. Harry killed it, and of course, innovated new lip tricks like only he can do.

3) Hood Antics 5: This thing banged, but it was made even more exciting because of the fact that it didn’t seem like it could last more than a few hours without getting pulled. Ohio riding politics are the bread and butter of BMX.

2) TCU Exclusive: Garrett Reeves Lotek X Sunday Video: Another one of my homies. This list is rigged, I swear. Yeah I filmed most of this and am totally biased, but I can’t help it, I think Garrett is the truth. Mastroni killed it with the edit too.

1) Rick Thorne Video: When it comes to progressive street and park riding in 2010, one name stands above all others: Rick Thorne. This edit garnered an astonishing 139 comments. Why? Because when the Biker In Black comes to party, he comes to party hard. I don’t need to run through a trick list here, because the tricks speak for themselves. Underlying the astonishing stunts Rick brings to the table, is his trademark style which turns every trick from a blast of sonic power into a poem; a frozen moment in time that optimizes all that is beautiful, strong and right in the world.
And of course, I have a few more that deserve honorable mentions:

Adam22 Lotek Video: This one’s a lose/lose. If I put myself on the list, I’ll look like an asshole and couldn’t possibly judge what slot I deserve. But I’d be amiss to leave this edit out since it got what was, at the time, the most comments a video had ever got and no doubt caused quite a stir. I guess when you run the biggest BMX website in the world for 4 years and don’t ever bother to put a video out, that’s to be expected. Either way, it got a lot of comments so whatever!

Tom “Ohio” Perry Odyssey Video: 100 manual 180′s by an openly gay rider… nothing wrong with that.

Sean Burns Osiris Video: A Sean Burns web video is a funny concept since he’s made it clear he’s not a big fan of them. But his Osiris contract demands it, so here we have it. It mostly consists of scrap angles and smaller clips he might not normally film but also included a fucking 18 stair (or so) toboggan. It was still good to see some new Burns footage while we all lay in wait for his Anthem and Bone Deth sections.
