Not everyone spends their life on the internet refreshing TCU’s homepage every 30seconds to watch all the freakin web videos that come out. It was just a webvideo after all.. Its not like they stole the song Diary of a Madman in Van Homan’s Criminal Mischief part.

i don’t spend all my life on the internet refreshing TCU’s homepage but i do know my shit. if your going to release a web video than most likely you watch alot of them so you should of known that that song had already been used in a web video that was on every major BMX site. oh and you’d have to be a freaking moron to use Diary of a madman in anything. that part is god-like and jacking it would be a mortal sin.

In all truth, the word “web” is equivilant with “throw away” in my opinion. web videos have such a short life span, no one really cares, and in all seriousness, most filmers i feel don’t care either. I know I have had edits online, that by your standards were legit (was on every major bmx site) then later a well known rider had an edit to the same song, the truth is, the only people who care are the people who watch the video online, not the actual filmers or riders.
as far as i know, most are too busy out riding, or if a filmer filming, to be caught up in every disposable web video.

but also, thats just my opinion. I just mean, i saw the ODI web edit, and this one, and didn’t remeber that the song was previously used, and i doubt Larry is losing sleep over his song being jacked
