I don’t really know anything about this video since someone sent it to me on AIM but here’s the description:
“This video was shot during a 2-week trip to New York. Riders featured are Ben Green, Dan Boiski & Joss Fenn and are all from the UK. Filmed on two Canon 5D MK2’s.”
If you are adamantly opposed to ABD’s, this may be a little unsettling, but if you’re a little more laid back on the topic then this is pretty cool.

ABD is already been done which is kind of hard to avoid if your from out of town and having pros show you around NYC. video was good either way but i’m really confused about this whole 5d mark II craze. you can buy a really quality video camera and a nice dslr like a d90 or one of the new rebels both for less than the price of a mark II so why bother trying to fit both into one? best to keep it simple
the advantage really comes rom having nice glass to use with the 5D, you can’t get much depth of field out of a stock video camera, even the high end ones, without a 35mm lens adapter.
idk man even a smaller HD with a nice babydeath like a century optics would look way better and not have the shitty like distortion or w/e when the camera shake on rolling shots. like look at brick and buildings. the still shots and slow pans from the 5D were pretty nice but idk..
