I think Mike Ardelean has peaked out his talent, dried up his penchant for learning and innovation, and is now attempting to rest on his laurels and sell product like Nigel. This is an attemt to establish a hierarchy of riders to look up to, based on past accoplishments, and not present ever-changing adaptation and innovation.
